| Always a “People” person, I began my career in Public Health acting in the capacity of Health Director for a small rural county. When I returned home to Moore County I was appointed to the county Health Board where I served for a total of eighteen years. In 1999 and again in 2000 I was the President of the North Carolina Association of Boards of Health. When I left the position as Health Director to return home to Moore County, I became a licensed Heating and Air Conditioning Contractor. Owning and operating a heating and air conditioning company kept my hand in the one-on-one with the public that I liked. In 1986 I took the real estate course and I had found my real niche. Continuing with my real estate education, I received my Accredited Buyers Representative (ABR) certification and then went on to become a Broker. Having chosen RE/MAX as the company that I felt had the excellence of services that I was looking for, I have been with them for the duration of my real estate career.
Personal Profile:
First and foremost, I am a Moore County native. Having lived my life in the Sandhills of Moore County, I can bring a sense of history to others as I introduce them to this area. I am a wife, a mother and am owned by a beautiful golden retriever named Slade.
